City of Wayne's Goodwill Garden

The City of Wayne's Goodwill Garden was created as a collaboration between the 29th District Court, Wayne Youth Services, and Wayne Rotary Club in order to give the juveniles and adults in our community volunteer opportunities. The Goodwill Garden is located east of the Police Department next to Ace Radiator Shop on Michigan Ave. Wayne Metro Community Action Agency donated all the plants, seeds, and tools necessary to get the garden growing!

The community of Wayne has been very generous and we have received multiple other donations from a variety of organizations. All food harvested in the Goodwill Garden is being donated to St. Mary's Outreach Center Food Bank to supply the citizens of Wayne with nutritious food.

The Goodwill Garden is always looking for volunteers to help work in the garden and we accept volunteers of all ages!  Please contact the 29th District Court at 734-722-5220.
