Citizen Fire Academy — April 16-18, 2010
The City of Wayne Fire Department Citizen Fire Academy is a program designed to help citizens understand the operations of the City of
Wayne Fire and Rescue Service.
This three-day program, April 16-18, 2010, is not designed for future
fire fighters, rather for citizens who are interested in gaining an insider’s view of the services the City of Wayne Fire Department provides. The course also provides fire safety training for the home and work
place. Participants will be offered a chance to ride along with the City of Wayne Fire fighters on real emergency calls and experience
the world of emergency services through hands-on activities
